Warren G. Kramer III, M.D.
Dr. Warren Kramer III was born and raised in Orange County. He graduated medical school from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He fulfilled a traveling orthopedic fellowship in Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, Italy, and England. He found the experience to be extremely educational and rewarding. He currently holds position as the consulting physician for the Association of Surfing Professionals, he consulted for the Association of Volleyball Professionals and Ballet Pacifica, and he has been the physician for many top motor cross athletes and skateboarders for many years. As an active person himself, mainly in surfing, volleyball, and skiing he understands what it means to be active, injured, and what it takes to return to high level athletics. Dr. Kramer has been practicing as an orthopedic surgeon in Newport Beach, CA for 17 years.
He currently operates at Newport Center Surgical and Hoag Surgicare Fashion Island. He has been a master instructor for the Arthroscopy Association of North America for knee and shoulder surgery. He has been a master instructor for Mitek and Arthrex, the two leading arthroscopy companies in the world.
Dr. Kramer has also been a leading surgeon in hip arthroscopy for the last 17 years. Professional athletes and patients from as far as South America, Australia, and Switzerland have come to see Dr. Kramer for surgery and orthopaedic care. More importantly, he has given quality cutting edge care for people who he has been fortunate to get to know on a professional and personal level over the years.
Dr. Kramer is a member in good standing of the Medical Board of California, Medical Staff of Hoag Hospital, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and American Board of Sports Medicine.
